Ingredients

  • 30g rolled oats
  • 100g mixed frozen berries
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
