High-Protein Berry & Oat Smoothie
A thick, creamy smoothie with oats, Greek yoghurt and mixed berries — a high-protein option for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 30g rolled oats
- 100g mixed frozen berries
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
